Day 1: Travel from England to Nepal.
Transfer to The Fort Hotel, Nagarkot, in the foothills of the Himalayas by road.

Day 2: Early rising to see the Sunrise over the Himalayas and then breakfast in view of them.
Short trek is optional. Dinner at the Hotel.
Day 3: Sunrise Tea and mountain viewing. After a leisurely breakfast we drive to Bhaktapur where we will spend one afternoon looking around this World heritage site.
Overnight in Bhaktapur at a Hotel in the 2000 year old main square.
Day 4: After breakfast we will drive to the Hotel in Kathmandu and after lunch and settling in we will go the clinic to meet the Doctor and his therapists. On this day you will have your individual consultation and discuss your personal treatment schedule with him.
Introductory Relaxing Massage for everyone.
Dinner in Kathmandu.
Day 5 to
Day 12:
Treatments are scheduled to take place in the morning from approximately 9.30am until 12.30pm.
A warm, delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch will be prepared for us so that we can eat after the treatments and before the sightseeing.
Treatments will continue on a daily basis. I will arrange sightseeing tours to places of great historical and religious interest and events in the evenings either in the Hotel or at local Restaurants or venues.
These will include trips to the ancient cities of Bodnath and Patan. Naturally there will be plenty of time to shop in the Bazaar and to visit the tailors and jewellers and carpet makers and the excellent handicrafts shops that abound in Kathmandu.
Days 12&13: To be decided closer to the time of departure. On previous trips we have travelled to Pokhara, the Chitwan Jungle, and to the Foothills of the Himalayas for the last 2 days.
Day 14: In Kathmandu for the last day. At leisure and your choice, Farewell Dinner in the evening.
Day 15: Depart Kathmandu in the evening and arrive London Heathrow on the same day.
